Wikipedia gives this as the current International Bartenders' Association (IBA) recipe for a Sea Breeze. It also explains that this cocktail was originally made (during prohibition in the USA, in the 1920s) with gin and grenadine. A later version was made with vodka, dry vermouth, Galliano and blue Curaçao.
